The Human General from Syrovia
History
Born into the bandit-infested expanse of Syrovia, these humans endure a swift and harsh transition from childhood to adulthood, marked by the relentless demands of survival. As they reach the pinnacle of manhood, scars become badges of honor, and proving oneself as a man often entails displaying prowess in combat.
Many choose the path of the sword, evolving into mercenaries combating bandit threats, defending vulnerable villagers from their own kind, marauding orc tribes, or menacing krag clans. Defiance against the orcs carries a heavy toll for these humans, but for the brave, the promise of fame, fortune, and the ascent to warrior greatness beckons.
In this realm, strength reigns supreme, and the human chiefs and kings of Syrovian tribes are often distinguished warriors. However, magic remains an uncommon pursuit among them. Many view it as unnatural or even a curse. While the occasional Barbarous human warlock emerges, the majority prefer the tangible and practical approach of wielding a weapon, emphasizing their kinship with the physical realm.

Your Bodyguard

Barbarous bodyguards are a fierce and pragmatic choice. Hailing from the harsh and savage lands of Syrovia, these bodyguards are physically robust and battle-hardened. They are ideal protectors for individuals who value straightforward combat and unconventional tactics.
Although the appearance of these bodyguards might showcase signs of their rugged lifestyle, adorned with tribal markings or scars earned in combat, they prioritise practical and effective melee attacks. Their combat style is direct and aggressive, reflecting the no-nonsense approach ingrained in their culture. Barbarous bodyguards excel in attacking, making them formidable protectors for their general.
